Wonderful experiences being in a 5 star hotel. it is expensive but you are paying for its luxury. All staff including room cleaners do a cheerful care to make the customers happy. Breakfast and lounge services are of high standard and thoroughly enjoyed. Restaurants, particularly Thai Soul, is commendable but expensive.
We went for business dinner here and the spread was amazing I would say with lots and lots of vegetarian options .
However some salad options especially one with cauliflower tasted terrible- i would say cauliflower was at the verge of decay.
All other food items were great especially their live counters of fish and prawns was good .
Starters were not warm but they tasted good.

Beautiful rooms and views. Unbelievably amazing breakfast, one of the best cribs I’ve ever seen in any hotel. Great shower, kids had a blast.
They try to upsell a lot of services though. Including trampoline, pool toys etc. is an unnecessary money grabbing tactic that left a bad lingering taste in the otherwise beautiful experience.
I typically refrain from indulging in expensive accommodations, whereas my family leans towards them. As an early birthday gift for my daughter, she specifically requested a stay at the Grand Hyatt, which is how we ultimately ended up here. Although we had dined at all three of the Hyatt’s restaurants on multiple occasions in the past, it was only during this stay that I had the opportunity to thoroughly explore the property.
The rooms are exceptionally spacious, with the bathroom, featuring a generously sized bathtub, being a particular highlight. The management has meticulously attended to every minor detail, creating an experience that far surpassed any previous stays I’ve had. The breakfast was delightful, though after two rounds, I found myself quite full.
Despite residing within a 20 km radius, we have resolved to make this an annual retreat, as a family, to enjoy quality time at this exceptional hotel. I highly recommend it.
