I recently stayed in what was advertised as a “deluxe room,” but my experience fell far short of expectations. Unfortunately, the room did not live up to the standard implied by its category.
Room Condition:
The room was far from clean, with visible dirt and stains on the furniture and bedding. The overall hygiene left much to be desired, making it hard to feel comfortable during the stay.
Washroom Condition:
The washroom was in an even worse state. The fixtures were outdated, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. It was clear that minimal effort had been put into its upkeep, which was very disappointing.
Services:
The service was equally poor, with unresponsive staff who seemed indifferent to guests’ needs. Requests for basic amenities took far too long to be addressed, if at all.
Value for Money:
Considering the condition of the room and the level of service provided, this stay was certainly not worth the money charged. The “deluxe” label was misleading, and the overall experience did not justify the high price.
Location:
The only redeeming feature of this hotel is its excellent location. It is conveniently situated and offers beautiful surroundings, which was a pleasant surprise amidst an otherwise disappointing experience.
Priced like a 5 star, rooms like a brothel. Nothing was provided by default and we had to ask for pretty much everything. There was no water in the tap, had to even ask for that in addition to clean glasses and drinking water. Towels, sheets, etc were not clean and torn. Washroom even after cleaning was dirty.
Pathetic service, stupid food, no room service provided, worse rooms and management….just the beach is nice , as it’s a private property….but I would never recommend to anyone, literally worse experience, pathetic! Grow up if u wanna manage a resort.
Rooms and bathrooms are not clean, we booked Honeymoon Room but condition of bathroom and room were so pathetic, inside room everything was very cheap like plastic chair, table bedding were dirty, mattress was soo hard made of coconut, no soap etc., dirty blanket they gave anyone can get within 100 rs from market and towel were cheapest worth not more than 50 rs.
If anyone booking this that couple is going to ruin their honeymoon.
Only location and beach can be consider with this Resort. BUT in Havelock all location is good.
Honeymoon cottage are excellent, clean 👌, AC, geyser working perfectly.
This resort have its private beach which is neat and clean.
Cottages are just near to beachside, you can see the sea from the room. You can see morning sunrise from its beach.
Resort have its own restaurant, food is also good. Ambience in this restaurant is good.
They facilitates rental bike for sightseeing and other activities.
Room service is not so good.
Overall its budget friendly and stay is excellent considering it is at beachside.
