Most unprofessional behaviour by the restaurant staff. Came to took order and then informed us the tandoor is cold and then when requested for tawa roti, replied that the gas connection is disconnected. Asked us to have fried rice instead. That means they will bring it from some where and serve us.
Had a very bad experience. We went there after searching in google. At first they took order but after sometime they came back and asked we have to change the order item as they don’t made it, only Chinese cuisine is available. It’s so unprofessional they must inform earlier what is available and what not. Time is valuable for everyone.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the HM Regency Hotel in Dibrugarh, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel’s warm ambiance, attentive staff, and convenient location made my stay memorable.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The room had modern furnishings, a well-designed layout, and a beautiful view of the city. The housekeeping staff deserves special mention for their attention to detail and prompt service throughout my stay.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The restaurant offered a wide range of delicious local and international cuisines. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. The staff in the restaurant were courteous and prompt in their service, making dining a pleasant experience.
The hotel’s location was another advantage. It is situated in the heart of Dibrugarh, making it easily accessible to various attractions and businesses in the area.
The hotel facilities, including spa, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment for guests. The fitness center had modern equipment and offered a variety of workout options. The spa services were rejuvenating and offered a welcome respite from a busy day of exploring.
However, there were a few minor areas where the hotel could improve. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was occasionally slow and inconsistent, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel could consider enhancing the variety of amenities in the room, such as providing more toiletries or complimentary snacks.
Overall, my experience at HM Regency Hotel was excellent. The staff’s hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location contributed to a memorable stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers visiting Dibrugarh, and I look forward to returning in the future.
Decent place to stay with family,good location.
Breakfast availability starts only after 9 am which is a difficulty for early morning travellers. Rest all ok. Service is awesome. Keep it up and try to upgrade ur negatives.
