Room with Poor maintenance was provided.. The floor of bathroom was not as clean, No Hot water supply was provided, Even called at reception.. they advised If u wants hot water … u have to use washroom before 09:30 AM only.. after that no hot water service will be provided…because our hotel is using Boiler system….the cupboards were little smelly,
Breakfast was not as per menu… Only 2 items were there instead of 5.. quality of Tea isn’t good..
All the above data discussed at reception but .. all in vain … Receptionist was like… It’s all not in my hand…
Rest.. location and overall view is good.
The reviews are genuine, pathetic service and if there is any lower rating than one star I would have given that. Don’t waste your money and experience
Well maintained hygienically very good well response by staff near and clean with all amenities well attached to NH 48 beutiful greenery swimming pool kids play all over good experience.
