  1. Stay is good, it’s in front of the temple, so ideal for darshan and stay. Bathrooms are kept clean, staff will help for any other requirement. Restaurant serves good food. Rooms and furniture’s are very old and not at all
    Maintained. Overall okey if you can overlook all that.

  2. The stay was good. It is located exactly opposite to the temple. Rooms are okay. Service is good. They have restaurant inside with limited menu. Good parking place for vehicles.

  3. Hotel is near temple opposite room is bad samale sarvice is good door locks not working price hi watching tv not available wifi not available hot water not available room not clean bad beds bad smell bed sheet is not washing

    No cleaning
    Very old furniture
    No floor clean
    No room maintenance
    No AC maintenance
    No hot water (we asked for that they said drain some water first but no use 4 members complete bathing but no hot water)
    Worst experience
    Bed sheets and duvets all very very dirty
    doormats are better than duvets
    Bad smell
    No security to your room , it means no locking properly from inside
    Employees are talking very recklessly and very arrogant even management also supporting that rude ness
    We are asking for water even there is no water provided if we ask water they said go and purchase we are not providing water
    Why we have face like this situations and indiscipline behaviour from employees ?
    We face this situation in Kadapa Haritha hotel also
    Look like Literally we paid money for experience there employees rudeness .
    type of attitude is “we are government employees” who will ask me”?
    They are also taking salaries from coustomer paid amount but they are not even thought that,
    Coustomer service is first priority for business you should learn first and train like that your employees.

    Aptdc have to answer this situation if not I will go through consumer court .
    Water is a basic need for human
    I’m asking APTDC why you couldn’t afford water for coustomers?
    Small small hotels , lodges also provide water it’s mandatory also
    Why APTDC can’t do that
    Why they didn’t provide water it’s cost max Rs.20 maybe for 20 litre
    We paid 1350 per room with GST for room but you can’t provide basic need
    I’m book 3 rooms total paid Rs.4050 for one night and we received very bad experience
