It’s a good place to stay with all the basic things that one would need. Don’t expect it to be extravagant with all the modern amenities. The restaurant food is good, I’d suggest to stick to Indian food rather than Chinese. Their service was very quick so no complaints on that front.
Rooms are clean, tasty food, breathtaking swimming pool made my trip to Dharamshala fabulous. Nice staff always helpful specially Rajeev. Highly recommended!
Resort ambience, cafeteria & Garden very Nice. Location far from city center. Food Quality is very Good, Tasty & Fresh. Resort sitauted in Peaceful area. No Noise of any type of Traffic. Nearby views are very attractive. but Rooms need to improvement & upgradation.
All staff is very Polite, cooperative & humble Nature.
Attended an office party at this venue and had a mixed experience. The pool and bonfire created a great atmosphere, making the event enjoyable.
However, the service was noticeably slow, which did impact the overall experience. Despite this, the setting and facilities were good. Would recommend, but with a note to the staff about improving service speed.
Swimming Pool: Dirty Swimming Pool. The changing area was stinking of pee, ladies toilet was not lockable and no water in the shower.
Food- Pathetic Food. Honey chilli potatoes were too soggy, fried rice was too bland cold coffee was warm
Service; server handed over the menu but most of the items were not available. Service was too slow it took them around 30 mins to serve tea and at that time we were only there at the swimming pool
