  1. I recently stayed at Holiday Inn New Delhi international airport, and it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spotless & spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options to suit everyone’s taste. The hotel also had fantastic amenities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool that helped us unwind after a long day.

  2. I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel ” Holiday Inn” and wanted to take a moment to commend Chef Sunder and the breakfast crew for their exceptional hospitality.

    From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Chef Sunder’s breakfast spread was truly outstanding, offering a delightful variety of options that catered to all tastes. Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing his commitment to quality.

    The breakfast crew was equally remarkable, ensuring that everything was replenished promptly and that guests felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism made for a wonderful dining experience.

    Thank you for providing such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

  3. I am staying here with my family for 2 nights and so far it has been a horrible experience. The first day we checked in my room smelled of old milk, old shoes, and mold. I asked the front desk for a new room and they told me a room service manager would first meet me to inspect the room if it could be “properly cleaned” and offer me a new room if not. In our room a front line cleaning staff showed up with an air freshener spray bottle saying we requested air freshener; we did not, we were told we would speak to a supervisor not to just spray something to temporarily cover the disgusting smell!! The supervisor did come and offered us a new room after complaining again which they conveniently just sprayed heavily with air freshener. That night we requested additional water bottles as our 19-month old daughter needed to hydrate. I called 3 times with the staff member promising to bring water “right away” however no water bottles arrived in 1.5 hours. After the 4th attempt they finally brought water. I just tried extending my stay due to unforeseen changes in my itinerary however after all these experiences they priced gouged me to over $1000/night for the room. Worst hotel experience ever; DO NOT RECOMMEND! They must have paid others for the 5 star reviews! Food was fine so I am giving 2 stars.

  4. Excellent experience, as usual. Since our stay was rather short this time, we could not enjoy many services in your hotel. However, the dinner in the restaurant was very nice, especially Mr Saurav Mallick (?) took very good care of us.

  5. It was a nice stay in this Hotel. Still, not happy with the interior of rooms, Old furniture, sockets were not working for mobile chargers, iron surface was not good. Overall it’s was an average with such high price. Rooms are spacious with all amenities. Service is good but not excellent. Breakfast with different options available.
