  1. We had our lunch during our stay at Dirang. Ideal for local foods and flavours. We ordered veg thali. It took a larger than normal time to deliver. Though it was fresh, we didn’t like the taste.
We found many local people make it a popular food joint for locals.

  2. Good rooms. We got a room where we could constantly hear the sound of water flowing

Overall a good hotel and good exposure.
    They have restuarant service.
    Good rooms. Will stay again

  3. Sharing my experience of staying for a day in this hotel.

Located right in the heart of the market and on the main road (almost). Parking (open) space was great. Location wise one cannot have any complaints.

Price of room (somewhere between 2K-3K for double bed) was within reasonable limit and quality of stay justifies the price.

About the room, room was good. Neat and clean. Electric kettle and room heater are like basic necessities at this location and these were provided in the room.
TV with DTH connection was there and it was good to see almost all news and sports channels were subscribed.

Bathroom was clean with western commode and geyser.

There was a balcony too, and that the only complaint I have. I stayed in room no 714 and the view from the balcony was of a drainage.
So if you wish to enjoy a cup of tea in balcony, stay in some other room with front facing balcony.

Breakfast was complimentary served at their restaurant. It was not buffet B/F, but the bread-butter, omelette and tea was good to start your day.

The restaurant is right next to the reception. It has very limited options for vegetarians. But the veg thali was great. Special mention to the King Chilli Chutney.

Overall the stay was almost great and would recommend this hotel to others.
