Worst Experience Of my entire Life of any hotel , And such a bad behaviour of a manager of the hotel , Worst Hotel Of siwan Bihar , illiterate People and such a Small mind thinking , Too much hotel price they are taking from the people as compare to thier property , I requested to all couple and married couple too for don’t go to this property .
Marvelous hotel…rooms are so beautiful.bathroom is so huge… restaurant is available here . parking is also here.lift is so small.
The location is very bad. It’s not on the main road. A very narrow and very busy lane leads to the hotel. If you are arriving in a car, think twice. Service is poor. You have to remind each and every thing all the time. The only thing I liked was the food. Try ordering the common recipes only. Everything that is mentioned on the menu is not available. They will serve you entirely different thing. There was no tea maker kit available in the room. Neither the telephone nor the TV was working.
Worst experience … Poor service and behaviour of the hotel owner is too bad they don’t even know how to speak, very rude . And the room was unhygienic bathroom was smelling and in bed having too many bedbugs
