I Request to all gust please don’t take the Rooms in ASTHA IN PATNA . Very bad Experience in my 30 years traveling career ..asha hotel patna. Reception staff behavior is very bad.
It’s the worst experience in my life
1. There is no water for complimentary ( other hotels given at least 1 liter of water as complementary)
2. The behavior of the receptionist is like a mastan
3 i just ask them for Nimbu (lemon)
They said it’s a chargeable
4. The room is not clean ,the bed sheet is fully mixed up with a yellowish brown colour.
5 . Mini cockroach 🪳 is your room partner.
A nice and cozy place situated in Banaras. Staff is courteous and very helpful
Not having good experience there, rude staff with low facilities. AC was not working in the room but they charged full amount.

First of all i wish i could give -ve rating. The receptionist & the owner behaved so badly , they acted like goons. They even asked us to leave the hotel just because we replied them back. DO NOT EVERRRRRR EVERRRRRRRR….I REPEAT NEVER VISIT/STAY IN THIS HOTEL,else you’ll regret like hell. One can manage if the rooms are a bit dirty or the food is tasteless butttt not disrespect. Thankyou for spoiling my & my family’s day today !
