  1. Terrible Experience

    Our stay was disappointing and disrespectful. We requested extra time for checkout due to a train delay and agreed to pay ₹100/hour upon checkout. However, the staff constantly demanded immediate payment for everything—water, food, and even for any other small orders we made during our stay.

    Speaking of food, the quality was terrible, and they insisted on payment as soon as it was served. To make matters worse, it took them about an hour to serve the food after we placed the order, which is unacceptable. Their unprofessional and rude behavior made us feel unwelcome throughout.

    To top it off, they falsely claimed we asked for a blank bill, which we never did. They also falsely threatened to make our CCTV footage public. In response, we challenge them to upload the footage and include the video link in their review so people can know the real truth. This added to the already frustrating and unpleasant experience.

    We do not recommend staying here.

  2. I must say that they are maintaining their property really well. Room are very cleans and staff are well behaved. Best part is that station is only walkable distance from the hotel.

  3. I had a very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and they even hung up on me when I tried to get assistance. The prices were excessively high, and there was a big difference between the rates I saw online and what they charged in person, which felt dishonest.

    Additionally, it seemed that the auto drivers linked to the hotel were getting commissions, which led to overcharging and taking advantage of guests at night.

    Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor service make it clear that this hotel is not worth staying at.

    As for the IDs, you didn’t even ask for the ID’s. Regarding our behavior, we are well-behaved and do not engage in any mischievous acts in the hotel. And we know very well that the customers needs to provide ID’s for booking or staying at any hotels or lodges.
