Good hotel on main mall road, lake view.
Positive side- All staffs are very good and well behaved. Taste of foods are very good. Location is very good.view From balcony 👌🏻. All staffs are helpful.
Negetive side- rooms are so so.. Bedsheets and blankets are not clean / not maintained. For senior citizens it is hard to climb the stairs. 75 siri🥵
Owner bahut genuine hai , har point pe negotiate karta hai , and staffs are very good .
Hotel with the best lake view near Nainital lake.
Had more steps compared to nearby hotels but that was needed for the great lake views.
Service by a person named Diwan was good.
Overall we had a great stay
We stayed in the property on 25th December 2023
It was our biggest mistake to book room here
All night we were shivering as windows could not close properly
Moreover there were paan stains on room walls & a lot of stink
