I love Hotel Ajanta due to how affordable it is for anyone going for a premium experience at an excellent price! The staff is very friendly and supportive, and after telling them I have a claustrophobic issue, they upgraded our room to one with balcony!
The cafe in hotel serves the best cakes, along with amazingly delicious coffee! Housekeeping was regularly done and the rooms were spot clean. I would stay here again! Made our Delhi experience so valuable 🙂
The location of the hotel is excellent due to it’s connectivity to the New Delhi Station. The area where the hotel is located could have been better. The moment you enter the hotel they serve you very well. Rooms are clean with all the facilities. I would definitely recommend the hotel for families. The restaurant of this hotel is excellent too. Best food you can have in paharganj is in this restaurant.
Over 17 years staying yearly at Hotel Ajanta Delhi. My husband and I appreciate thoughtfulness, accommodations and restaurant serving less spicy food. If you like 5 star hotels, this is not for you! More like coming to stay with middle class family. If all hotels in India where we have stayed, the Staff here is the best!
I love to stay in Hotel Ajanta. I have been here since 2013 until now in different occasions. I feel safe and confortable. In this time I brought with me a team and the manager helped us so much to get good service in our tourist journey in Delhi city and Agra. The food was amazing inside the Hotel in our breakfast. The manager got a good deal for food outside too in the restaurant we ate in Agra. He got for us different services through the Hotel Travel Agency. He did his best and service with his team and staff in the hotel. Thanks to the waiters of the restaurant also because they always give us an excellente service there. And all staff on the desk reception and the bell boys are very kind. The manager sent us to the train with a breakfast box. No one does like that, only Ajanta Hotel. They give a good and excellent service!! The manager is a good and helpful person.
