  1. The room was on the second floor with no lift. It had a glass pane in the door so we had to put a sheet over it to sleep. +1 for the affordability and proximity to the railway station.

  2. If looking for a budget hotel at a good location near chandigarh railway station, this is highly recommended hotel. Top of it, food served was good, room was relatively cleaned. It was overall nice stay.

  3. My experience of staying at this hotel is average. The staff behaviour is good. However, their service is not upto expectations. They can’t keep track of who booked room and when in this 21st century. Yes, atleast happened with me when I arrived one day in advance of my booking(online) and had booked additional day (offline over phone) before arriving at the hotel. The receptionist was like surprised to see me. Otherwise the food was good. There is an issue with washoom cleanliness. The water in the wathroom keeps logged. And please be careful about booking taxis from them otherwise be prepared to be scammed. The taxi drivers possibly pay commission to them and makes your ride expensive while charging 500 bucks for going to railway station that is hardly 2 kms away. And shows agressive behaviour when questioned about their fares.
