Very clean Room and ambiance with very good staff Mr. Maina, Mr. Mintu Very good service if you are looking for a best hotel near Railway Station you can visit Hotel Ambassador with very reasonable price you will be happy with their service. Also you can use their free Wifi service
All room are so dirty.. So much insects in room. Feels like going to a Cockroach’s and mosquito’s House… Never go there… So pathetic.. AC & TV is not working properly… Then interchange the remote battery from one room to another..
Wonderfull room service by each and every staffs and specially Mr Dheeraj Patwari who provided the need full for a night stay. A must visit hotel while on trip.
Cleanliness nil, indoor and corridors
TV remotes not functioning even after reminded to receiption
AC remote not available and damaged panel control on indoor unit
Door lock loose
But my last visit was so hassle-free on this spot
Authority / propritor must look about this, as a traveller we are asking for value, just need hospitality & amenities must be better as compared to value
The hotel is best for outsider visitors, guest for accommodation. All employees are very helpfull and their works are very satisfactory. Maina and Laxman are very good.
