I recently stayed at Hotel Amber and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The **room** was not only spacious but also elegantly designed, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The comfort of the bed and cleanliness of the room really stood out, making my stay incredibly relaxing.
The **banquet hall** was perfect for the event we hosted. It was beautifully decorated and equipped with top-notch facilities, accommodating our guests comfortably. The staff was attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.
The **rooftop** area was the cherry on top! It offers stunning views, especially at sunset, making it an ideal spot to unwind or host smaller gatherings. The ambiance was both relaxing and stylish.
Overall, Hotel Amber exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay or venue for events.
extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the service was far below acceptable standards. The locks on the doors were not functioning properly, which raised significant security concerns. Additionally, the bathrooms were blocked, which made the stay highly uncomfortable. Despite these serious issues, no staff members were available or willing to assist us. It was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in this town. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. Avoid it at all costs.
We recently booked this hotel for our guests, expecting a comfortable stay, but their experience was far from it. The room was poorly maintained, and the washroom wasn’t functional, causing significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.
We are deeply disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent and respectful place to stay. Hospitality should be a priority, but sadly, it was completely lacking here.
Since there is no star less than 1, the staff are rude and doesn’t care for customers. Manager “Dushant” especially, he was more concerned of his so called friends and left the other customers. He doesn’t have the manners to handle the customers and talk decently.
Who takes money first and then serve the food??? If money is given already, why will they even care for us then??
I hate this restuarant and will never be going there in future, will be recommending the same to my friends & family.

I have stayed here recently and this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed to. They don’t know how to deal with customers. Door doesn’t work. I have booked 5 rooms here and they gave us cards but it’s of no use at all. Their door locks are not working and when asked about it they treated it very casually it’s serious concern about safety. Staff is unprofessional they don’t know anything about how to run a hotel. They have worst food quality.
