2 kodi ka hotel with 2 kodi ka staff and rooms. Leaking flush system. Mosquitos filed in room. Food is so bad.
When I stayed in room 105 it was good but on 2nd arrival we got 103 which is extremely bad with broken bed making noise ,smelly bathroom and broken bathroom door.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Very poor service! Subho from the hotel staff/lease owner is the worst. He misguided us with light sound show, submarine boat etc. Hotel quality is one of the worst in Port Blair. Most of the time lifts not working, geyser not working, no exhaust in bathroom, cockroaches in room.
We have stayed in this hotel multiple times and my experience is superb. The staff is amazing the rooms are comfortable and immaculate. Now we wouldn’t dream staying anywhere other then this hotel.
The only thing need to be improved in my opinion is the quality of the food of on site restrurent. That’s all thank you for your services.
Very good service, polite and friendly staffs. Good food and rooms are very clean. Ac works good and the other services are also satisfying. Thank you
