I had booked deluxe room for 2 nights. But I wanted to do early check-in around 3.30AM. I spoke to their customer care. They told me that early check-in guarantee cannot be given it depends on room availability. So it’s better to book the room whole day. I booked for one more day through MMT and paid the amount also.
But when we reached they told there is no room available. After some arguments they gave us a dirty, smelly room with smelly bathroom. Room and bathroom size was too small and it was dirty. There were cigarettes in the bathroom. We dint have any other options to go somewhere and look for other hotel. We spent some hours and cancelled next 2 days booking and booked another hotel.
All fake images of hotel room. Nowhere it looks like the room was given to us.
Definitely not for family.
The only plus point is location near to market and railway station. But there are many other hotels in that area better to opt that.
Personally I didn’t like this property. I had booked Hotel Umra Grace from Booking.com. When I went there, they told me all the rooms are full. You can stay in this hotel (Hotel Anand) as it belongs to Perfect Stays. I checked in at 12. And I checked out at 3. The room condition was worst. The room was very small. I traveled with my mom so she was feeling very claustrophobic and frankly speaking I was feeling quite suffocating. There was a constant power cut. That day, the generator was not working of the hotel. The staff was not properly trained. The washroom was very dirty. The latch was broken. The room was not very untidy with spider webs on the corners of the room. Worst hotel
Very small and untidy rooms. The bathroom was so small ,dirty and there was no latch. There is no lift in the property. The room service is also very poor. When we arrived the manager was sleeping and kept us unattended for almost an hour. Just the location of the hotel is fine. Also the manager Shubham, during check out he took the phone and gave the rating on his own on goibibo app. Such an unprofessional behavior, extremely disappointed with this hotel.
One of the worst hotels I have stayed. The rooms in reality don’t match with the photos. The toilet and basin don’t have any space. There is no toilet shower. The ac sounds at night. The service is not good. They don’t change dirty bedsheets. There is stingy smell of phenyl or varnish I don’t know. The location is not good and not ideal if you travel with family, especially in a traveller bus. There are rats in the ceiling floor. I don’t recommend this if you want a good stay but you can somehow manage if you are alone because it’s ok type for one or two nights stay.
This is not the ideal place when you travel with family and are hygeine conscious.
Room are not clean, bathroom are okayish. Bed linens are not clean and the whole property smells bed. There are rats playing also.
Although the staff is good. Their Tea is the best thing I liked in this hotel.
