Room was not as shown in photos. Washroom water leakage. room lock from inside was not proper. Even after complain they didn’t fixed it. Hot water only till 10:00 or before 11.
Food was good. Intercom system was not working. View from balcony was okay.
Location is remote and nothing is nearby. Was offered a deluxe room with dirty toilet. And once you make the payment online. You are stuck. No refund. No pick up service and had to walk from masjid parking with the luggage and it was hell climbing steep track. You can’t walk till the mall road you need to save your energy to climb back to this remote property. Also this is oyo property which isn’t mentioned in Make my trip nor on Google. And price doesn’t match the quality of room. Waste of time money and energy.
It was an wonderful experience here in hotel aroma. The staffs were very sweet and friendly. The food was great. The chef and cooks were also great at their jobs. If any inconveniences, it will be taken care of by the staffs. Overall beautiful experience and a must visit place to stay if you’re at nainital.
My parents had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nainital. The staff went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and well taken care of. From the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout their visit, they felt truly valued. The food was delicious and catered to their preferences, making every meal a delight. Overall, it was a perfect choice for their getaway, and I’m grateful for the exceptional care they received.
Hotel owner was very irresponsible and careless. He didn’t even know how to talk to someone. Hotel staffs were also careless, they didn’t provide the room amenities on time and especially they should learn some good things about hospitality that to handle the situations. Food was very tasteless. I would love to rate you in minus if there is any option for this. Trust me if anything will happen just because of them to you and your vehicles or luggage they will not be responsible which is very unprofessional and disgusting.
