I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Aroma Classic. Despite the temperatures dropping below 10°C, hot water was not working, making it unbearable to freshen up. After informing the management, they came and fixed it. But it only worked once and broke again. The rooms are not weatherproofed at all, leaving us shivering throughout the night. Some of the windows were open behind the curtains and we didn’t notice it until the morning. To make matters worse, there were not enough blankets to keep warm. I would not recommend this place, especially during the colder months. Completely overpriced for the lack of basic amenities.
Good place ,affordable , in the town centre next to all the local attractions, we stayed for a night before dashera night ,just 5 minutes walk to the famous dhalpur ground .
