The food was pathetic. The service was bad. We ordered chicken kolkata biryani and the taste was far away from what a real kolkata biryani tastes like. There was no potato in it. When we complained they simply fried some rice with potato and served it to us. We also ordered Lapta chicken which tasted like a normal chicken curry. Although they were celebrating Biryani festival here still the biryani was so bad.
Good people at the place. Good service. Good food…. Perfect place to take rest for outsiders. And also a nice place to organize any kind of events.
Me and my husband travelled to Tinsukia from Guwahati and we stayed in this hotel . This hotel is really very good with good service and humble staff . The food was very yummy.
Still needs some basic improvements. Overall A very welcoming place located in the heart of the city. VFM
