Probably one of the best hotels in Gaya.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location in general is very good, quite convenient, and is real quiet, away from the crowded nature of the town in general.
Autos are available just outside the hotel premises to all locations. The place is quite accessible.
The in-house restaurant service is quite decent, nothing amazing but nothing to crib about too.
For a ₹3.5k+ room rent in a tier-III city, I’d honestly expect better & more professional outlook & attitude from the staff. Nothing disrespectful or anything as such though.
The nearby Keventer’s has amazing hot chocolate 😛
Probably THE place to stay at, if you’re in the city for a short business trip.
This is my priority place whenever i visit Gaya.
No other place i have found at gaya is so quiet and the quality and quantity is good.
We had our engagement ceremony here at this hotel. The food is amazing. Room service was too good.
Veg noodles is must try😍
The restaurant service was worst, the breakfast buffet was not arranged and staff did not inform. When I ordered on day 1 i did not receive it before I left on day 2 out of 3 things I ordered, received only 1. Then the person went to get fruits and never came back.
I will strongly recommend you to choose any other hotel but not this one due to Below points who I have witnessed recently. I hosted marriage in this hotel and sharing my experience below
1. Worst customer service, unprofessional.
2. Multiple arguments with staff and non cooperative.
3. per plate cost is too high and quality wise it’s average (per plate cost – 1200/-) as per quality it should be around 600-700 not more than that.
4. Multiple power cut issues and power backup issues.
5. AC was not working during my booking and had to adjust with it.
6. Worst thing is they will ask you to pay all amount 50% while booking and 100% before 15 days of event scheduled. Latter on you won’t have any choice in case if service are not satisfactory which happened with our family.
Good things which we liked :
1. Location was good but you can get easily best deal outside city.
2. Breakfast was good but was costly 350/- per plate. It should be 150/-
3. Good parking space
4. Look wise it looks perfect before booking but actual struggles and problem starts as soon as you book this place.
Overall experience was disappointing.. Will definitely not recommend.
If you wanted to make your event happily and successfully then will request do not book this place. Go for other options but not this one.
A Good Restaurant For Dinning and Dine out. Services upto mark and dishes are hygienic. Despite gathering one can feel comfort there with their companions.
