The hotel is located near the main AT Road in Tinsukia. Although the hotel building has a quite a good view from the outside with ample parking space, the rooms from the inside are not upto the mark when compared to the tariffs. Service is quite pathetic. Wash towels and bed linen are dirty even after washing. The hotel staff are reluctant to change the linen / provide new towels even after repeated requests. Staff should be also trained how to cater in the dining hall. During my earlier visits, supply of running water was also not available 24×7. The same may be attended to. Although the rooms are well built a long time ago, management should ensure that maintenance of the rooms in terms of supply of running water, power supply, service of support staff, maintenance of cleanliness should be looked into.
I went for lunch on 30th oct 2024 over all the ambience and food was very good though expensive but when you visit the wash room its horrible they don’t clean well i do not understand if have maintain such luxury standard what is the harm in keeping the wash room clean.
Great stay ! This was my first visit to Tinsukia. I visited for business purposes.

A) Good bathroom
B) Great breakfast
C) Reasonably priced menu
D) Parking
E) Good Bar section
Cons : (As far nothing so, still…)
A) Should check last minute nitty gritty ex. Availability of Cloth Hangers, availability of Spoon in in-room cofee maker.
B) Should check thoroughly for last guests remaining
But, be honest no cons as such which you would bother you in any way. And the front desk is very co-operative as well as the servicing crews !!
One of the budget friendly finest in Tinsukia. Very polite, decent & cooperative staff. No problem with early checkin .
Complimentary beakfast served is very good and decent options to choose. Food is very good. To my surprise had the most authentic and tasty chicken burger.
