Firstly, it is not a four star hotel. Second, the managers serving at the hotel have no manners and familiarity with the hospitality industry. So don’t expect to be treated respectfully or gracefully.
I was thinking to review this right after my stay, however I couldn’t do it earlier. But finally
I found this to be one of best stay during my trip during July 2023. I used this place to work remotely during offshore hours. Hotel was easy to find. It is walkable from premium shopping place like white house (Omaxe world plaza), but other may found bit isolated- It was great for me. First, I found difficult to get into hotel as it was entire floor in Vipul Plaza, rest are apartment. But once you made to hotel lobby, you will feel great. Very courteous and polite staff, very neat and spacious room, and what view from the window amazing. Clean betting, furniture, AC. Food was amazing and so was room service. Staff were respectful of guest privacy. During my stay, I couldn’t find a single thing to complaint. This property was above and beyond my expectation at the same time well reasonable priced. This property will be my first choice for stay in Faridabad/NCR.
WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! Please don’t go here.
Recently, my colleague and I had booked this hotel for 5 nights over a call with their General Manager (the number of whom was provided on their website) and had received a confirmation from him over WhatsApp. However, on the day of our check-in, after travelling all day and reaching Faridabad at 10:30 PM, we were told that the hotel is sold out and that they don’t have a reservation in our name. They gave several illogical excuses for the same. Their GM, who had confirmed our reservation, was also cutting our calls.
What’s worse is that we saw them doing the same thing to another guest over call when they told them they did not receive their reservation and that they have no rooms available.
It’s all good! Except for the service, I was disappointed , so I ordered a bhindi masala. Instead they gave me “Pindi Chola” and said there’s no bhindi masala in our menu. but they did have it. Well let’s talk about something else, The view is pretty good!! We can see the White House A.K.A World Street, WS. The room is very luxurious, The receptionists were also good. I suggest you to visit the “Hotel Bay Laurel”
No manners in receptionist. Worst hospitality.
