The rooms are priced at 4k and 8.5k but the service is absolutely pathetic. The breakfast these people serve at this rate is terrible. Unhygienic, no option and no staff to serve or help. Random people can be seen roaming around, talking loudly on phone or to each other. Air-conditioning stopped functioning in the middle of night. Just ignore this property. They are cheating you for the amount being charged. UP government please look into this seriously.
Best hotel view and huge family suit room fit best for family at reasonable rate and with all facilities there and staff is little less for cooking that might have improved as there is for renovation going on. But it’s best hotel we found at Ganga river☺️👍😊❤️
Had booked my room @4000/- per night on 5th April 2023 and was confirmed by their manager for 8-4-2023.
On reaching the hotel on 8-4-2023 was blatantly told that the booking is not there and the hotel is full @ 5500/- per night.
Tragedy is the manager didn’t have the guts to come and face me but asked unruly people at the reception to tell me that my room got cancelled because the manager didn’t record the dates properly. I was asked to leave the premises and seek minute accomodation in Haridwar.
The UP Government has given this hotel to some unscrupulous private party hence the trenches behaviour.
Request all mot to book or stay at this hotel.

This property is right next to the Highway and Har-Ki-Pauri is 20 min by walk. Rooms are spacious, good and so is the food.
Restaurant service is good, but a request to be allocated a higher floor was not acted on.
Big Neat rooms. But lack the service we get in 3star/4star hotel.
The management is being handed over to a pvt company, as a result the services are likely to go down. The govt staff working their were amazing and the food was delicious
