Worst experience in restaurant
I have ordered spl chicken biryani and fry piece biryani on 25/10/2024.
One of my friend has got kitchen order token(KOT) slip inside biryani and a hair
We asked about this to steward,he is trying to convene us and trying to escape and not answering us
Totally I have a worst experience in that hotel
The food service is just pathetic. They made me wait for 1hr. It seems they just forgot my order. If it is atleast busy, I could understand. The staff are lazy and chit chatting and forgot about my orderm
This is one of my favourite places in Chittoor to stay in the rooms in hotel and the for food.
You get good food and nice service…
I recommend it for good ambience, good non veg food which includes breakfast, and other regular a day’s food.
Hotel basement and 3rd floors were stinking. Basic room quality and price range is high. No amenities provided, brush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap etc.
Breakfast no eggs, limited quantity and variety.
Not worth it at the price charged, apparently INR 2.5k per night post discount!
Good and sober hotel for travellers. Public transport is wasily available. Mutton biryani is very tasty.
