I am regular customer…..when I have cross khagaria route. Mostly I have stay in this Hotel.. All staff are polite.. Specially vimlesh Ji mindblowing communication skill, and helping nature… Water bottle & morning tea Must be add in complementry…..

Very bad experience,
After check in room some rajnigandha usage pouch found and used garments in hotel room .
Complimentry break fast is only froud .
Even room service is very bad
All staff very nice cooperative room is clean all facilities ok
