I recently stayed at the this and it was a disaster from start. The promised amenities were non-existent. And the Wi-Fi barely worked, nd their breakfast was an absolute disaster. The selection was incredibly limited, with only a few sad-looking items. The eggs were cold and oddly rubbery. The coffee was weak and bitter, I left feeling more disappointed than satisfied. Overall, I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
It sounds like you’ve had a frustrating experience at the hotel. It’s important to communicate clearly with the receptionist about your concerns regarding the water quality and any other issues you’ve encountered. They should take your feedback seriously and work towards resolving the problems promptly. If the receptionist simply telling she will inform to manager and bathroom smells like drainage water.worst experience if you guys ready to dare in this you guys can book the hotel.
I have to say this is the worst experience I ever had in a Hotel.
When i checked in few days ago..the room’s air conditioner was leaking water and asked to change the room. Then we were transferred to a room where the bathroom was smelling really awful. We tried to bear with it but we couldn’t. We requested for a better room again. Then we were transferred to a room where the Ac wasn’t working and the staff didn’t know where to find the ac remote. At this juncture i didn’t know whether to laugh at the hotel and it’s management or at myself. Building a hotel is easy, running the hotel is the business. Such lethargic service has no place in today’s hospitality business.
Recently We had celebrated my son’s birthday party at Hotel New Blue earth. Function hall ambiance is very good and its clean and efficient. Taste and quality of the food was great. Function hall and food Pricing is very reasonable. Very supportive staff. I would strongly recommend this hotel for stay and for any event. Thank You Ramana Garu and Neela Rao Garu for your support to make our function very successful.
Got this for one night stay with family , turned out to be a two day stay. Nyc rooms and food was homely. Staff were professional.
