Only the location is nice. I had to wait 3 hours to get my room as I waited in the restaurant that had AC but didn’t cool well at all. Even after renovation, the rooms and the hotel looked 6/10 at best.
Staff was fine but was lacking good services. Food was average and honey chilli potato had too much salt. Maybe try other stuff.
Bathroom seat was old and dirty, please check bed cover, pillow cover and any comforter/kumbal for dirt.
Food quality is not good.

Food quality was always good but the service is very delay .and experenced many time its not about one time visit review.so pls visit BR HOTEL if you are so much free .
Overall is good but there is a ventilation problem in the indoor hall. There is more humidity inside hall
