The hotel staff demonstrated a lack of cooperation and professionalism. Their skills were inadequate, and the housekeeping services were particularly deficient. The bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels appeared unclean, and we suspect that they were not properly laundered. Additionally, our rooms were entered without permission using a master key for cleaning purposes. The floors and bathrooms were not cleaned daily, and the housekeeping staff used the same water used for cleaning the floors to clean the furniture. There were numerous other issues that occurred, but due to the limited word count, I am unable to elaborate further.
I have been staying here few times. The hotel is located in a great place where every kind of communication facilities available.
Service is also very good. The only thing I didi not like is the breakfast. The food offered in breakfast is not upto the mark. Also the place for breakfast is very dirty. This should be improved.

Overall experience was good. Room service good. Reception and adv booking need special attention as I booked deluxe Neo in adv. And asked for early check-in. They first confirmed the booking but when we reached they refused to give immediate accomodation and they response at reception was a bad experience.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the breakfast served at Hotel Brahmaputra, Six Mile, Guwahati, during my stay over the past two days.
On 13th September 2024, I found the breakfast options unsatisfactory and lacking variety, which forced me to limit my meal to just banana, coffee, and bread toast. However, the situation worsened on 14th September 2024 when I encountered another issue. I selected poha from the buffet, but it was so hard that it was nearly inedible. When I asked the server to check, he insisted it was fine, despite the obvious problem. I requested to speak with the manager, but the server did not follow up and instead directed me to the reception.
I waited at the reception, expecting the matter to be escalated, but no one called the manager to address the issue.
This is not the level of service I expected, and I am deeply concerned about the hygiene and quality of food being served. I urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure that these concerns are addressed immediately. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a senior person at the hotel to discuss this further and ensure that such issues are resolved for future guests.
