I recently encountered appalling management at CK Hotel, which completely ruined my experience.
*Unacceptable Behavior:
– Unprofessional communication: Condescending tone and language
*A Warning to Others:
Avoid CK Hotel if you value respectful treatment. The manager’s behavior was unacceptable, displaying zero empathy or professionalism.
*Suggestions for Improvement:
1. Empathy and conflict resolution training for managers
2. Establish clear communication channels
3. Hold managers accountable for customer satisfaction
Will Not Return. Would Not Recommend.
October 2018. Stayed a night there. Room was affordable, spacious enough for a cross-country biker (with secure parking), clean, and comfortable.
No hot water, but I’m sure they can organize a bucket or two for someone who really wants it.
Management and staff are really nice. Restaurant on the premises is decent too.
Hotel CK is a very good hotel specially for fooding.there are so many scopes to develop Infrastructure and interior of the rooms, overall it is a good and safe hotel for night stay.

In most of bongaigaon area, liquor shops do not accept card or UPI but everything is available here.
Good hotel on the southern outskirts of Bongaigaon, free from urban hustle and bustle, on the main road for lodging with a nice restaurant serving both veg and non-veg food and snacks. An IMFL ‘ON’ bar also started recently.
