This hotel is located in a good location from where you can easily explore many places in Dehradun. The value of this hotel is evident from its name. The room service is very good, well behaved staff, parking facility is available and their food is also good.
The service here is very good. This was my second visit. The staff is very good. The service and the rooms are very nice, specially Nandini mam. She guided us very well and gave the best service. If anyone comes to Dehradun, please visit here We really liked visiting here, the rooms are very neat and clean, I would recommend this, if one is looking for a good hotel in Dehradun then he should go here. ❤️
The hotel is very strategically located on the main road – Rajpur road which is in the heart of the city.
The iconic clock tower and Paltan bazaar are at walking distance from the tower.
There are many eateries around, both restaurants as well as local thelewalas.
The Ellora’s bakery is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
So overall a 5 stars for the location of the hotel.
The hotel staff is very cooperative and responsive.
The ambience of the hotel is good including the common areas and the rooms.
Some cons are that the breakfast spread is limited and was not very hot. The room / cafe where breakfast was served was dim-lit, gloomy and unhygienic as I saw some cockroaches running around the serving vessels which itself killed my appetite.
Yesterday, we had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and will be checking out later today. Our experience here has truly been exceptional. The level of service provided by the staff is truly impeccable, and the food has been absolutely delightful. I want to take a moment to express our gratitude to the staff members Nandini and Suresh Ji for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. Nandini is not only friendly but also incredibly courteous. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure that all guests feel genuinely welcomed. For anyone planning a trip to Dehradun, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a remarkable experience.
Beware of the booking website MyTravalay. DO NOT book from this website, and be assured the hotel staff / manager would NOT help you at all. In my case I had fully paid up online booking before arriving for check in, and the hotel refused to confirm my booking till I agreed to pay substantial extra money. It seemed the Hotel is party to the fraud practices. As soon as I checked out, I received a confirmation on my booking with OTP from the website. By then the Hotel had recovered its money, the website had already recieved it share, and I as a customer was the only one who got fooled.
