The front reception staff are not friendly or welcoming, you have to ask several times for things. If they can get this fixed, I can rate them well.
There was no hotwater, it was only responded to after 2 hours.
The staff from the restaurant are welcoming and friendly. The food served at this hotel was very good.
Neat and clean rooms,Courteous staff, excellent restaurant with very tasty food.
A good variety of dinner and breakfast to select.Highly recommend this place.

There is a third class service for child. Also not to manner to how to talk with guest… specially from restaurant department and I mention the name of that staff “GAUTAM”. He is denied to give the milk for my 2year old child…and also he is demanding for the money for it. I personally suggested by my experience please go or find other hotel for the stay.
Hotel location is very good , it’s on main road and near to express highway. Food quality is good. GRE are very supportive. Service is good. Very good for professionals visit as well as family tour.
