Crystal Plaza is famous for Velocity, their lounge bar. This is a good place in Kochi & through the week they are busy. In a group, it is probably best to make a reservation to avoid disappointment. Food is on point with tasty dishes. Even when it gets busy, the service is good . The place is managed well & kudos to Jerry John who runs this place. He knows how to manage it & the place reflects that. Prices are decent too & better priced than other lounge bars in Kochi .Totally recommend it.
Overall the stay was good . Rooms were clean , location was good . Joby and Dhinu at front desk were extremely helpful

The rooms are extremely neat and clean.. The lunch we had from the velocity bar was also really good .. The service was also polite and courteous. 100% recommended..
Comfortable stay and good is also nice. If you are looking for a descent stay with a lil high budget near marine drive or high court, then recommended.
