The cleaning service was exceptional with the room always spotless and fresh every day very nice hotel 🏨
Rooms were pathetic..washrooms were dirty and smelly..no hangers in washroom..mattress were very old and obsolete ..very inhygienic environment..the hotel entrance is not on name of crystal residency infact a small board on one small door with premium villa hotels is written..they dnt provide AC remotes and whatever temperature they set AC will work on that only..either you off it or use it on same temperature..overall experience was pathetic
