As a western i would highly recommend to stay here. I paid 1300 INR for a room and food was also very tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Hotel is clean and decent place to stay. Clean and food is very good. Located right in front of railway station very easy access to everything in city. Manager at desk Mr. Dharmendra is very genuine person and helpful. Gives good guidance.
Worst and pathetic service by hotel owner. Manager is bit manageable but owners behavior was very rude.
We booked room informing that we will be bit late, when we reached there, no rooms were available even after paying well in advance. He started saying you did not come on time hence we gave that room to someone else.
My whole point is then why did I book and pay for that room in advance you are not authorised to allot that room to someone else. Upon asking reason and rules he sayed that I am blackmailing him 🤣 isn’t it funny.
Neither he provided any assistance nor he gave any good compensation.
Don’t ever opt for this property. You will end up staying your families on road.
A centrally located hotel with all required hospitality facilities for a family holiday. The service and catering is excellent, and we enjoyed our short stay fully.
All staffs are very good.
Specialily Mr.Dharmendra is a very kind hearted and helping person in nature.
He co-operates during my stay for any help.
