Recently had given a party here and the food taste has been decreased. Before I used to suggest this place for more people but now they are also not liking the food. We have went the 15 members as the party and the buffet was good but compared to last time we visit it went down. Soup served in the buffet was good, Naan and the curry was fine, Biriyani was some what hard to eat, Salad was good, sweet was okaish, Rice and sambar was very good along with the curd and the pickle and papad. Ice cream was melted.

As we have checked in on 3rd of Oct 2024 at 8 pm and we talk about the rate of room charges with nigh manager at reception they told that 2000+ gst , but accidentally faud happened today check out time they are asked 2200+ gst that 200 extra this is very bad.
Hotel is in the prime location. Shopping and beaches are very near by. Car parking is good. Breakfast is nice. Spacious inside the hotel. Room has all the facilities. Reception, Santosh and other staff are very cooperative.
Stayed 6 nights during my recent visit. Overall experience is good and location also good Buffet breakfast is worthy and tasty . Staffs are very polite. But can be improve few small small things that help us more comfortable.
1. Washroom Tap and Fittings are old.
2. Air condition is good and chilling but need remote for operate it otherwise in mid-night we should wake up for reducing temp or off AC.
3. Need to re-activate Key card most of the time. once we reached in front of door only we will know the Key card is not working.
4. Internet was very poor
If improve this kind of small things guest would be very happy.
Room was good. Hotel food is good. Hotel room Service was bad. Wifi was very bad.
