Nice rooms, good staff, nice food, overall good service
These hotel staff were very rude,do not talk to customers easily, do not interact properly and demand extra money from customers unnecessarily and take extra money, nor is their service not good 👍
A good built hotel at prime location but :-
– No Power Back-up Facility.
– No Wifi.
– Does not provide Complimentary breakfast even if you have already paid in the plan. You have to pay it again.
– Broken room furnitures.
Stay at your own risk.
It is one of the famous hotel of samastipur and it really feel premium to be here. It is good in almost every aspect whether the quality of room or the service provided by them. Rate is also very competitive when compare with other. Now coming to the location, it is at very accessible place from all part of the city and is located near the railway station which is within a kilometer.
