Very bad experience we booked 2 rooms for 3400rs and After some time to check in, only the electricity of our floor gone. After waiting for a long time, when we complained, the lady gave us a single room out of 2 rooms in which we all could not adjust,So we had to sleep on the terrace where we were bitten by mosquitoes a lot, we could not sleep the whole night and in the morning the lady did not give us even a little refund. Overall very bad experience never book room from here.
If the owner is reading this review I want ask you why did you cut the electricity of only our floor even though we paid full?
Arrived in this hotel with my wife late in the evening. Got a room at reasonable rate. Room was quite clean. It is value for money in this price. This hotel offers very few food items because food is prepared by the owner/manager lady on order. But food quality was excellent. There is only one service boy who is well behaved and cheerful. Liked him. One advice please check food rates before ordering. Otherwise our trip ended on a happy note.
A very bad experience with this hotel. The hotelier and the lady over there are frauds. Don’t book this hotel. They cheat you. We had booked 2 rooms through MMT but they denied check in and behaved in a very unprofessional way and now they are refusing to return the booking amount back.
Loved the stay at Hotel Downtown. It has a very cozy feel in the mountains. You can just get to a walk by the river after a few minutes of walking. Rooms are huge and clean and food is great. Has ample parking facility. Will definitely visit again.
7 km far from dharamshala, food will be given by owner. Good for family because they have 2 room set with kitchen and you can cook your own food
There are single rooms as well however are smaller in size. Place is far from market however is peaceful.
