It is a 5 star priced 2 star comfort hotel. The receptionist lady is very rude and not having minimum hospitality . She is badly need of training how to handle customers.The house keeping staff are good.
It is not worth to stay in that hotel. Rooms are not having basic facilities. It may be good for people on official work. But not for families.
Think twice before book with your family.
The worst part is the receptionist lady. The way she speaks with customers is as if they are offering rooms at free of cost.
With the price they quote one expects good service. There was no water from night and they had no clue what needs to be done the front desk person was lost and could not answer the guests question. I had to wait for 6 hrs for the issue to be fixed and water restored. It might have been an one incident that rarely happens but when it happened they do not have a clue to handle the issue. My entire day plans were disturbed because of the incident.
During my stay there was no water in the morning and literally I had to use Bottled water for everything ….. literally everything. You can imagine. The Hotel Management didnt care about it. I understand the water pumps fail sometimes. Issue is not about “No Water”. Hotel Management doesn’t have plan B and they doesn’t know how to communicate and how they recover from service failure. Thats all it matters !!!!
I stayed more than 10 Days and enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are very Hygiene and Neatly maintained. Service is excellent and Hotel served Complimentary Buffet Breakfast. Overall my stay enjoyed. One of the best No. 1 Hotel in Nandyala Town for stay .
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was lovely, contributing to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I must commend the staff for their exceptional service; when I realized I had left my mobile charger in the room, they promptly arranged for it to be sent to me via courier. It truly exemplified their dedication to ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for guests.
