  1. My flight got cancelled and we need any hotel to stay at midnight. It was difficult to get any hotel at that time immediately online. We tried to call few hotels and we got response from this hotel. They were ready to accommodate us based on our next flight time and once we reached here, the experience was excellent for the price we paid. Hotel seems to be renovated recently, size of room is very good, very clean room, polite staff and the spread of breakfast was also g8.
I will recommend people to stay here.
Only issue is the location, a bit interior. They also provide to and from taxi to airport.

  2. First and foremost, this is not a 3-star hotel—don’t be fooled by any claims suggesting otherwise. From the moment you step into Hotel Festival, it becomes clear that the only thing worth celebrating is leaving.

Rooms: Disgusting, to put it mildly. Hair everywhere—on the bed, in the bathroom, and even on the curtains. It’s as if cleaning is an entirely foreign concept here.

Service: What service? The staff are rude and untrained. There were people shouting in the hallways at all hours, making it impossible to sleep. Room service brought glasses with visible stains, which is unacceptable. Food? Let’s just say airplane food would seem gourmet compared to what they serve.

Location: The location is atrocious. It’s in the middle of a sketchy neighborhood with a shady, unsafe vibe. Definitely not a place to stay if you’re traveling with family.

Reception: Anil at the reception desk deserves a special mention—for being the worst. His attitude was unprofessional, and he clearly has no idea how to treat guests.

This hotel is the opposite of its name—it’s no festival; it’s a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

  3. Please don’t believe the fake reviews posted below. This is not a 3 star hotel by any standard and the service was poor. The doors are not sound proof and you can hear all the noise from outside. The food was bad which is expensive again. They don’t allow food deliveries from Zomato / Swiggy just so they can sell their unhygienic food. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

  4. The hotel is maintained well with quality staff team and quality service

Price wise also it is decent.

Though the size of the rooms are small but as per price the cleanliness and hygiene are very well maintained.

A small suggestion to the hotel owner(if reading this), please try to maintain the towel cleanliness and a small dental kit with very minimal expenses of 10-20 bugs per room can make customers feel good about it as customers usually forget to carry small stuffs

Overall, I’m happy with the service and room and had a good stay.

  5. I recently stayed in Hotel Festival during my 11 hours transit in Delhi. The support from staff and service were excellent. The room was also decent and well cleaned before check in. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall, I would say the hotel is good. Location is bit inside; however, the staff tried to reach to me and shared the location proactively immediately after my booking.
