Very bad experience with the hotel booking. We booked 5 rooms 2 weeks before the required dates. One day before our checkin they told us that the rooms cannot be provided. And gave us a 3rd class room on the terrace and just 1 room. Moreover the rooms condition is really bad, geyser doesn’t work usually, and there is no ventilation in the rooms. Not recommended at all if you are looking for a comfortable stay. Had a very bad experience with this hotel.
The hotel is very ill maintained. The rooms are not clean and have no windows. The TV was not working. No provision of basic toileteries. Room service pathetic and extremely slow. They take 2 hours literally to bring just a cup of tea. Electricity has no back up. Washroom very unhygienic. The taps are broken. They did not bother to clean the room before our check-in. Please don’t be fooled by their pictures. Worst experience ever. There is no option for less than 1 star otherwise I would have given that.
3rd class hospitality.. No supportive staff…. no clean…No fix timing For breakfast..lunch..dinner..

I have visited this property last week, rooms were okayish, but not cleaned properly, there were cigrette burns on bedsheets

The room is very nice and clean. The food is very nice. Staying here gives a homely feeling. Ganga is close to here. My favorite is chilli paneer and kadhai paneer, it is delicious. All the staff is very nice. thanks to Mr manish ji front office.
