My stay at Hotel Ganga Heritage was nothing short of a disaster, and I regret every moment spent within its dismal walls. I wouldn’t even give it a single star if I could.
First and foremost, the cleanliness of this establishment left much to be desired. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a musty odor that never seemed to dissipate. The bed linens looked as though they hadn’t been changed in ages, and there were visible stains on the upholstery. The bathroom was equally distressing, with a broken showerhead and grimy tiles.
Noise was a constant issue throughout my stay. Thin walls allowed every sound from neighboring rooms to seep through, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. Loud conversations and slamming doors persisted into the late hours of the night, leaving me frustrated and sleep-deprived.
The staff at Hotel Ganga Heritage displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. They were unresponsive to my requests, and it felt as though they couldn’t be bothered to address my concerns. Their indifference to the guests’ comfort was disheartening.
Furthermore, the amenities promised on their website were far from reality. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, and the so-called “continental breakfast” was a meager offering of stale bread and weak coffee.
In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Ganga Heritage was an absolute nightmare. I would strongly advise against booking a stay here. It’s a woefully subpar establishment that fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. Save yourself the trouble and find accommodations elsewhere.
The service was hopeless, fooding was high priced and hospitality was third class. There was no person to clean the room and change the lenins. A fatty person on the front desk is very rude not fit to be the receptionist. I hope Mr Kapoor should keep a vigil on their workers and should keep a comment box in front so that he gets regular feedbacks.

Worst experience.. Wastage of Money.. No cleanliness, bedsheets were dirty and torn, they don’t even changed it when you ask. Washroom are pathetic.. Food is too expensive.. Spicy and oily..
