If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. My stay here was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was hit by a strong odor of mildew, which only got worse as I made my way to my room.
The room itself was filthy and outdated. The carpets were stained, the sheets were dingy and looked unwashed, and the bathroom was a health hazard. There was mold in the shower, and the sink had a constant drip that made it impossible to sleep.
The noise level was unbearable. The walls were paper-thin, so I could hear everything from the adjoining rooms and the hallway. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy, leading to sleepless nights.
The advertised amenities were a joke. The “continental breakfast” consisted of stale pastries and watered-down coffee. The pool was closed “for maintenance” the entire time I was there, and the fitness center was a tiny, poorly ventilated room with barely functioning equipment.
Customer service was non-existent. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and my complaints about the room went ignored. It felt like they didn’t care at all about the guests’ experience.
To top it all off, the hotel was in a sketchy area, making me feel unsafe walking outside after dark.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. It was a complete waste of money and the worst travel experience I’ve ever had.
This is my first time, when I give 1 star to any restaurant. But this hotel forced me to do..
We reached here at 9:50pm, and we ordered just a normal dinner, dal makhani, roti and raita. And these guys took 40mins to prepare dinner, and then almost 10mins to get rotis.
Now about food:-
Dal makhani:- Dal makhani was below average in dal rajma was not well cooked, all the spices were disoriented. Although it was a pathetic dal makhani.
Rotis:- good tawa roti but not so worth it..
Only water is warm and worth eating..
Not a nice place to stay. Dirty rooms, no intercom, geysers not heating. Food comes 30 minutes after you order. Pets moving around all over the place, no rules. Not recommended. Dont go with exterior looks.
The lock of the room was very weird. It could only be opened with a trick shot.
Chai was good.
We had our food in the dhabha located right opposite to this place.
It got really noisy when a family checked in and we’re not able to open the lock of their room. I had to go out and request them to be quiet as my baby was sleeping and it was 10.30pm.
We had bad experience at its attached restaurant. We ordered mojito (80rs per glass) and they provided us drinks with a mixture of soda, sprite, mint leaves and lemon. When we argued about it contents, they said that this is real mojito and their staff has worked in 5 Star Hotel. We did not argued much and paid.
