  1. Stayed at the hotel for 21 days and had a wonderful experience. The stay was incredibly comfortable, and the hospitality provided by the staff was exceptional. We didn’t have a single complaint throughout our time there, which speaks volumes about the quality of service. The laundry facility was efficient and met all our needs, making our long stay even more convenient. Food was delicious and catered perfectly to our North Indian taste preferences. It was a great stay, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

  2. Stayed here for 3 nights the breakfast buffet has very limited options. The omelette was great though. Cockroach roaming around near bread toaster all the days I went for breakfast. Cockroach in room aswell. Need to focus more on cleanliness and hygiene at the restaurant.

  3. We recently stayed at Gateway Grandeur for a night. It was around 1 am, and without a pre-booking, we found most nearby hotels had closed receptions. However, Gateway Grandeur was open, with active reception and security staff. We promptly secured a room without any hassle, which I appreciated. The room, including breakfast, cost nearly 6k per night. It was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The provided toiletries were basic, lacking luxury touches, but overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The hotel’s readiness and efficiency at such a late hour stood out to us.

  4. Been quite a regular guest here. The best thing about this is the location. The rooms are decent, although I would like them to change their disinfectant – the rooms smell a little damp especially during the monsoon. The staff is courteous and helpful. The 24×7 reception helps because I often come back to the hotel late.

  5. Rooms not worth the price I paid. Ordered an American breakfast brought me an Indian one which has a unfresh pineapple that smelled and stale fried noodles. Need some revamp on the rooms, toilets and more focus on details like newer sheets perhaps. Etc
Hotel location is good though and it’s has some space which feels more private which is good.
