  1. Worst service provided by the hotel, there is no charging point available. No availability of Wifi with high pricing range compare with others. Toilet is very much worst, smell is coming from that. Overall not satisfied.

  2. Very nice people working here. There is a restaurant that serves acceptable food at decent prices.

    The hotel needs a bit of renovation, and they seem to be working on it. Toilets are squatters (Indian style), and there wasn’t any hot water.

    Mosquitoes are a bit of an issue.

    The hotel is located within walking distance of one of the main shopping streets in Silchar.

  3. Doors of rooms are defective. It is a Herculean task to open and close the doors. These are defective, jam,tight. Cleaning of bathroom is done but main living room i. e. Bed room is not cleaning regularly. An immature manager is not attentive to his duties instead he is busy with his mobile phone. Most of the rooms are empty and without guests because service is not good. No restaurant, no foods are available in the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel after checkin I found water is leaking from bathroom and its coming in the main room..I informed the reception and requested to change the room I was said that If I want to change I have to move in a high budget room when i opposed i got a reply “as it is a faulty room so we are taking abit less” .. My concern is that If it was faulty why i was not informed earlier..I would have never opted for ur hotel..

  5. Gyser doesn’t works, water from tap seems like its pumped up from the drain. Very dirty water, worst room service. Rates very high. Horrible experience
