Hotel was kinda good. But the behaviour of hotel receptionist and his staffs were so rude unprofessional and lots of useless attitude. Not at all humanly behaviour so arrogant and ignorant. Worst one. They behave as if they are doing some kind of favour by providing you room in a hotel even though you are giving them tarrif as per hotel std. Never gonna recommend it for any good or simple people only arrogant and igoistic people can deal with such type of hotel staff. Pathetic experience with this hotel management. I’m a traveller but never faced such type of ignorant and useless attitude ever with any other hotels in all over India.
Because its very near to Railway station people prefer to select this hotel & first time visiters to this hotel won’t be knowing about the traffic & notice in the area.
Couple of suggessions.
1.First of all change lift completely ( Because its manually operated people who uses the lift won’t mind closing the door everytime they use it, so its very mandatory to change the lift.
2. Cleanliness is most important
3. Room Cleanliness is most important ( They change only bedsheets, they wont clean floors & toilets.
4. Common area Cleanliness is important since its very near to main road & its very dusty area Cleanliness is most important
5. Because of tge main road notice especially vehicle horn notice is too much, you can’t sleep in the night nor in the afternoon, its very much unbearable. ( Sound proof room or technology needs to be adopted )
6. Twice all the common area needs to be cleaned & daily cleaning must in all the rooms because of heavy dust.
7. Attitude of staff very arrogant, that needs to be changed.
8. Owner Sonu Singh’s attitude is very soft & very humble & very cooperative.
Hotel is at very good location. Hotel gaya regency is near by railway station gaya. Rooms are good enough spacious. Services are good . Hotel have good numbers of shops also. Near by evryfood items you can try there. Hotel have neat and clean surfaces also. Service was good staffs were well trained.
By location it’s good as it is very near to the railway station. But the rooms are not comfortable. Hot water availability is an issue. Bed and linen were not as clean as they should be
The hotel was booked by some event planner for a wedding, which I attended. I was allotted a room on the fourth floor. Lack of maintenance was evident everywhere. Did not see any cleaners during my two nights stay. The sofa was broken and the cupboard locked. The TV and telephone were not working. AC was not working. Bathroom was rusty and dirty. Room floors were not swept. Hot water availability was erratic.
My room had towels . Toilettries were pathetic , half filled bottles ,no dental kit.
The room had electric kettle and a hair dryer.
Staff were polite and tried to he helpful when called. But certain things seemed beyond their control. The restaurant was ok.
The hotel driver Alam who took us for sight seeing was excellent.
