  1. Very pleasant stay at the Gold Regency. The neighbourhood is rather lively but the rooms in this hotel are nice and quite. No street noise. A safe hotel with friendly staff. They were all very helpfull while we stayed with the band. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit everyday

  2. This hotel in Delhi stands out for its comfort and coziness. The staff are friendly and attentive; just let them know what you need or call the helpdesk, and they’ll take care of it, including arranging and serving food. The hotel manager is welcoming and ensures guests feel well taken care of. The location is convenient with good public transport connections, and there’s ample parking for private cars. They can even help arrange trips, even at odd hours. It’s a cost-effective choice for a cozy stay, and I definitely recommend it.

  3. Rooms are very small and old. The only good thing is the location is close to many places in New Delhi.
Employees are too loud. Not a calm place to sleep because it is too loud and chaotic.
It is very close to New Delhi railway station. That is the only convenience of this hotel.

  4. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

  5. The area around the property was quite crowded and didn’t feel safe at first glance. However, in the evening, the area felt more welcoming, with ample lighting and street vendors. Check-in was smooth, and they even allowed me to check in early. I had reserved a deluxe room, but it fell far short of expectations—there was no window for natural light, limited amenities, and, worst of all, cockroaches in the room. When I reported this to the front desk, they initially offered to send someone with bug spray, which was shocking. I had to insist on a room change, and thankfully, they eventually moved me to a much better room that matched the photos on Expedia.

The dining utensils and crockery were not clean, and I had to wipe them down before use. Breakfast was just okay. At check-out, the staff didn’t offer to help with my bags, and there was trash near the security screening gate. Overall, I had a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to first-time visitors in Delhi.
