I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Golden Palace. The hotel is pathetic and highly unhygienic. The room was dirty and full of mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was even worse, with a non-functional flush, flies buzzing everywhere, and mosquitoes all over. It was disgusting and felt completely neglected.
To make matters worse, the owner was impatient and unprofessional, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. They showed no willingness to address any of the issues or make our stay better.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away if you value cleanliness, comfort, and basic hospitality.
It 2 km from Nellore railway station and RTC bus stand, and room not clean, service so worst.
The rooms of the hotel are a little small but the room rent is okay, you can get a room under rs 800
No cleaning, too much mosquitos, worst bedsheets & duppati, pillows not washed,worst 🪣 & mug, small insects, over all 2/10.
Worst staff do rooms are not clean and they refused to clean even after mentioning
