Apart from staffs and manager kindliness nothing was good.
cleanliness Zero, no wahsed pillow cover , bed sheets or blankets, bathrooms were not at all clean , just 2 ltr heater etc..
very worst experience. I Have booked 2 rooms directly thro hotel website for 01-Oct-24 paid the full amount. I have informed to cancel the room on 19-Sep-24 and the hotel staff asked to share the Bank details for refund. After sharing the details there is no response from staff and not picking calls. whether they will refund the amount or not don’t know.
Rooms are okayish. Little bit costly for the facilities available. Booked through Agoda for 2 days for Rs 2038. Staffs were polite. Booked for 3 adults but we were actually 4 but there were no issues for checkin and no additional charge was asked.
Room provided by Rajani (Receptionist) was very Good & staffs are very supportive. Room Number 505 was well renovated.
